Botox
Botox is a drug made from a toxin produced by the bacterium Clostridium botulinum, we inject small units of it to treat facial /neck wrinkles, gummy smile, cauliflower chin, frown lines forehead lines, excessive sweating, under eye lines, crows feet around the eyes, marionette lines, lip flip and lip lines and many other enhancements. Filler
Injectable filler is hyaluronic acid, which is injected into the skin at different depths to help fill in facial wrinkles, provide facial volume, like chin or cheeks augmentation. We can do injectable rhinoplasty, jaw line enhancement, scars enhance lips and sometimes we use it over the face in a different formulation to give your face an overall glow. Juvaderm, Restylene (hyaluronic acid) and Ellanse (does not contain hyaluronic acid). Ellanse is both a Filler and a Collagen Producer in one which produces volume and also creates new collagen growth over time. So results are instant, but also improve overtime and last for two years.
How does PRP work?

Chemical Peels
Chemical peels can be used for acute acne, inflammation, or to just smooth the skin and enhance the appearance of the skin. Dr. Koffman uses only medical grade chemical peels not used by aestheticians in order to enhance the texture and tautness. Eradicating the face of acute inflammatory acne …there are different types of chemical peels.
Minor Surgical Procedures
All lesion removals including moles, skin tags, lumps, bumps and all unwanted /unsightly lesions can be removed in the studio with local anaesthetic for your comfort.
Nonsurgical Butt Lift /Facelift
Nonsurgical Facelift / Butt Lift - uses dermal fillers injected into the skin in a certain way to cause collagen production, which pulls the skin, lifts the skin and smooth’s the skin.
The butt lift will enhance the look of the buttocks lifting, saggy buttocks up into a firm appearance without surgery. The dermal fillers are injected into strategic areas of the butt and hips to add volume and lift, creating a more shapely and fuller appearance.
Lipolytics
These are injections that actually remove fat. We can remove fat from under the chin, the arms or any area even the belly. The fat will not come back. This is an excellent solution/alternative to liposuction, which can be quite dangerous. Liposuction has been known to cause pulmonary emboli. Fat particles can travel & block arteries. Also, there is no surgery involved.
Micro Needling
Micro needling is a process by which there is controlled destruction of the skin surface so your new skin grows fresh and clear and this is used to reduce scarring, wrinkles and any other imperfections. This can be done with or without PRP, however - PRP enhances the treatment and is recommended by the doctor. PRP injections on their own can be used to enhanced breast, face imperfections, and overall smooth skin, but is best used with micro needling in the opinion of the MD.
Hair Regeneration With PRP
PRP with micro needling will assist in new hair growth. It is especially effective in individuals who have just begun to lose hair and male pattern baldness and thinning hair. The platelet rich plasma ( PRP) enters into the follicle and creates fresh hair growth.
